For low to medium steam requirements, boilers are available in the power range of 200 to 2000 kg/h.
The product designation U-MB stands for "UNIVERSAL Modular Boiler". It is a three-pass fire tube and flue tube boiler. It consists of several modules, which are selected specifically according to the needs.
The elements corresponding to the boiler can be configured to achieve low emissions, high quality steam and optimal energy efficiency. The modular structure allows a particularly appealing price-performance ratio.

The U-MB steam boiler is a three-pass fire tube and flue tube boiler. It consists of several modules: the three-pass heat generation unit and the steam chamber above the integrated economizer. As a true three-pass boiler, there is no need for additional equipment for the flue tube circulation.
The heat production of the U-MB is based on the design of the UNIMAT boiler - tried and tested for decades and repeated several times. The large fire tube geometry allows for an efficient combustion process.
The design of the steam dome has a strong influence on the quality of the steam. Proper sizing has a positive effect on the humidity of the residual steam.
The integrated economizer improves efficiency. The heat contained in the flue gases is used to preheat the feed water and is thus largely recovered, reducing fuel consumption and emissions.
The steam generator has been certified and is manufactured according to the strict guidelines of the quality assurance system module D of the Pressure Equipment Directive.
The UNIVERSAL U-MB is a fully equipped boiler. This includes the insulated boiler with mounted accessories, the boiler control cabinet and a low-emission combustion system.
