The module supplies the steam boiler with degassed and chemically conditioned feed water and removes blowdown and drain water.
The WSM-V water service module for full deaeration is compatible with all steam boilers with an output of 2,000 to 100,000 kg/h and the WSM-T module for partial deaeration is compatible with steam boilers with an output of up to 8,000 kg/h.

All components are hydraulically tubed, thermally insulated and electrically wired with optimum equipment quality to form a multifunctional assembly unit. Expensive scaffolding constructions are a thing of the past: the compact module is mounted on a stable carrier device and is designed for installation on the same level. All functions are computer-supported with PLC control by means of a stored program with touch screen and are automatically controlled.
The module consists of the steam-heated feed water tank, the chemical dosing system, the extraction and expansion tank, a water sample cooler and associated fittings as well as the control cabinet.
Additional components, such as a heat recovery unit for detergents, a second chemical dosing unit or a feed pump module, are available as options. In the case of the WSM-V module, a vacuum deaerator or a spray deaerator is installed on the feed water tank.
