The UL-S boiler model is a large-volume, three-pass boiler and meets all requirements in the medium and high output ranges.
In the cylindrical pressure vessel, the fire tube, the flooded gas inversion chamber, the 1st and 2nd tube runs are positioned to optimize the flow of fumes. The radiation and convection surfaces together produce a very fast water circulation and thus accelerate the transport of the steam bubbles to the steam chamber. The heat of combustion supplied by even heat transfer is quickly converted into steam without thermal stress on the material. The large water volume provides sufficient storage volume to cover possible peaks in demand.
